Ok first of all, I want to stress that this article is strictly about the 4 Life Research compensation plan exclusively. I have written other articles and done videos concerning the company, products, the principals, etc-You may want to check those out also.
To completely understand the 4 Life Research compensation plan, you must first understand a glossary of terms for them:
4 Life Research Life Points: A designation given to each 4 Life Research Product. Commissions are based on the total Life Points sold.
4 Life Research Group Life Points Volume: Refers to the total of your first 3 direct levels life points total.
4 Life Research Personal Life Points: The number of Life points you have personally sold to your customers.
4 Life Research Organization Volume: Total of your personal life points and your organization’s life points.
Frontline: Simply your first level of sales (you personally sold)
Generation: Another term given by 4 Life that just designates levels down underneath you.
Compression: A term given to an amount that’s paid up to you in case an associate doesnt qualify for their commissions.
Ok, finally I think we’re ready to move forward at this point. Basically, there are 4 ways to make commissions in 4 Life Research.
- Personal Payout– As a leader you will receive 25% on your personal volume over 100 life points in 4 Life Research
- Rapid Rewards– As a leader pays you up to 25% of the first life points order placed by each personally enrolled distributor in 4 Life research
- Power Pool– The company will payout 2% of all Life points company wide to any leader that personally enrolls 3 distributors at 100 life points, who in turn personally enrolls 3 distributors themselves the following subsequent month in 4 Life Research
- Great Escape– Leaders that qualified for the Power Pool are put into a drawing for a company sponsored event or vacation style company getaway with other qualifying 4 Life Research leaders
You are an Associate at 50 personal life points per month which qualifies you for commissions of 25% on your personal sales and 2% on your generation one and 15% on your generation 2.
You are a Leader at 100 personal life points per month, with 4 qualified distributors who qualified at 100 life points and your qualified commissions are then 2% on your first generation, 25% on your second generation and 5% on your third generation.
You are a Diamond at 100 personal life points per month, with 6 qualified distributors who qualified at 100 life points and your qualified commissions are then 2% on your first generation, 25% on your second generation and 5% on your third generation and now 6% to infinity as long as all qualifying requirements are met there is no compression within that sector of your business.
You are a Presidential Diamond at 100 personal life points per month, with 8 qualified distributors who qualified at 100 life points and your qualified commissions are then 2% on your first generation, 25% on your second generation and 5% on your third generation and now 12% to infinity as long as all qualifying requirements are met there is no compression within that sector of your business.
Just understand what no compression in 4 Life Research really means. If one of those distributors didn’t qualify personally and the commissions were passed up in that level, then you wouldn’t qualify for any of the last commissions to infinity.
Now, after all that one word quickly comes to mind: **CONFUSION**
If you need a glossary to understand the comp plan, as far as I’m concerned, how will you ever really know if you’re being paid accurately on your commissions?
Secondly, having to qualify for commissions is one of the ways a lot of the network marketing companies get you. When you miss, many times they get to keep a lot of money, even though you still may have done a lot of work that month.
Let me end with this. 4 Life Research is a top notch company as outlined in some of my other videos and articles. They actually payout a much larger percentage of commissions as a whole than most, (57% avg) and was designed by a group of very experienced networkers.
As with any networking company, if you don’t personally have the ability to create targeted, motivated leads, then you are dead in the water, period.
You may have the best, most qualified products at that price point, but if nobody knows it and you don’t know how to locate the people that are looking for your types of products with money in hand, then you are doomed to fail, just like the unlucky 97%.
The company and the products just don’t matter as much as they used to *back in the day*. I mean does Mcdonalds have a great burger?
From a marketing standpoint, it’s the SYSTEM you have in place to generate those targeted, cheap mlm leads and creates that environment that makes commissions from the 95% of people that will say no to your primary business that really makes the difference, and 4 Life Research is no different.
